  • The government has issued this company COVID relief funds, and the company has been doing well throughout the year, and we have proof of that. I don't understand your reasons but we will see you both in court!
  • Let them strike , we will replace them quick! South Africa is full of unemployed people!
  • SECOND MEETING WITH THE WORKERS FOR FEEDBACK
  • Members, We have an unpleasant feedback! Your employers did not consider to negotiate and we have witnessed how insensitive the Management is. The only way they will hear us is when we strike. Let the strike begin in 5 days. We will leave it to the Court to decide!
  • Understood!!

  • AT THE LABOUR COURT
  • Since you do not want to reconsider and negotiate the demand which is negotiable , We will then take this dispute further to the Labour Court. The employees will then go ahead to strike in 5 days time and we will support them! Thank you for your time!
  • Employees are briefed about the next move. They met with the union committee members at the corridors of their workplace. The decision taken was supported by all the committee. Unfortunately, the employers refused to negotiate. The workers are very angry and some feel like they are wasting time, they should give up.
  • AT EMPLOYERS' OFFICE
  • The union is behind workers at a labor court and protesting outside. expressing their demand before the proceedings! The court has to issue a verdict as It is responsible for resolving labor issues if two parties could not reach a consensus. Every worker has the right to protest and right to freedom of expression. these workers are protected.
  • EMPLOYERS ' OFFICE WITH THE EMPLOYEES
  • Let us find common ground and consensus. Lets come up with an offer that is reasonable for both parties..
  • Hello to all of you our hardworking employees! We have thought things through. as the CEOs of this company. How about we give you an addition of 1% to the 2% plus petrol benefits annually? Isn't that great?
  • We do not ACCEPT the OFFER!!
  • A formal dispute has been declared already, workers are protected to strike and conciliation has begun. The court will decide the verdict. Both parties will have to come back to court for the final verdict the following week.
  • The employers are under pressure at this moment and they are trying to come up with a way out to avoid foreseen losses and exposures.
  • We need to think of something to persuade the workers,...or else we're not gonna win this one!
  • ...and we are losing clients because workers are on strike. let us call them in for a meeting. I have a plan!
  • The employees are not buying it. They did not accept the offer of an additional 1% on the 2% and petrol benefits. They still stand for 8%. It was inappropriate for the employers to call in employees like that and not involve their representatives
  • Hello. Good to see you all!
  • Look at those smiles! Just Pretense!
