  • Massacre at Goliad
  • The Convention of 1836 was on March 2, 1836. The Texas Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for the Republic was made. This was also when the Mexican officials fled to Texas.
  • Runaway Scrape
  • The battle of the Alamo was a 13 day siege, about 180 American rebels were fighting for Texas independence from Mexico. Mexico had 4,000 troops under Santa Anna.
