France ceded, or gave, its claim of land in Canada to Great Britain
Benjamin Franklin proposed the Albany Plan Of Union which was for the British colonies to form an alliance for their own defense
The treaty gave Britain Canada
Britain imposed the proclamation of 1763 on the colonist which prohibited settlers to stay east of the line and the Indians to stay west of it
The war cost Britain a lot of money so they made colonists pay there fair share of the cost of protecting them from Indians. The colonists became angry.
