Lab rules and responsibilities
When you cook, your hair must be pulled back, remove loose hanging and jewelry, must wear close toed shoes, and clean hands & clean nails
The Kitchen Manager assists runner with ingredients/measuring, ensures oven is off, sweeps the floor, ensures everything is put away correctly, and ensures all group members are on task.
The head chef fills out job list, fills out lab forms, dries dishes, cleans sinks, ensures safety/sanitation
Assistant chef fills out ingredients part of lab form, put dirty dishtowels away, cleans microwave & sponge, Organize and clean
The runner gets the correct measurements of lab ingredients, wipes tables, counters, and stove, and puts dishes away
The sanitation chef preheats oven, gets all the equipment and utensils, wash/rinse dishes, and dries the dish rack
