  • When you cook, your hair must be pulled back, remove loose hanging and jewelry, must wear close toed shoes, and clean hands & clean nails
  • The Kitchen Manager assists runner with ingredients/measuring, ensures oven is off, sweeps the floor,  ensures everything is put away correctly, and ensures all group members are on task.
  • The head chef fills out job list, fills out lab forms, dries dishes, cleans sinks, ensures safety/sanitation
  • Assistant chef fills out ingredients part of lab form, put dirty dishtowels away, cleans microwave & sponge, Organize and clean 
  • The runner gets the correct measurements of lab ingredients, wipes tables, counters, and stove, and puts dishes away 
  • The sanitation chef preheats oven, gets all the equipment and utensils, wash/rinse dishes, and dries the dish rack
