This storyboard does not have a description.
A Child (Boy or Girl) observes an adult (Same or opposite Sex) acting aggressively towards a BoBo doll. Bandura wanted to observe whether a child would imitate a role model, and also observe if adults gender affected the child's reaction
The adult leaves, leaving the child alone in the room to play, and observes through a one way mirror.
After the Adult has left, the child displays aggressive behavior, mimicking that of the adult. Both boys and girls displayed aggressive behavior, however boys were rated as more aggressive.
In trial two, a child observes the adult playing nicely with the BoBo doll, instead of aggressively.
This time when the adult leaves the room....
The child displayed nice behavior towards the blow up doll, playing with it. These results highlight the importance of observational learning on behavior.
