I have had enough of these taxes!!! We have no say in them and it is time we told the King that!
Sons of Liberty
This is for the colonists!!!!!!!!!!!
Daughters of Liberty
They can't make us buy their tea and have to pay extra for it!!! Wee'll make our own!!!
Stamp Act Congress was when some colonist leaders decided to meet and write a letter to the King about the Stamp Act. A leader from every colony was invited but only nine out of the thirteen leaders showed up.
The Sons of Liberty were a group of male colonists who protested against the British. Their methods were more physical than the Daughter of Liberty. They tarred and feathered soldiers and organized the Boston Tea Party.
The Daughters of Liberty were like the Sons of Liberty except they were an all-female group. Also, they had more peaceful protests and they were also more organized. They had boycotts, refusing to buy tea and cloth, and instead wove their own cloth and brewed their own tea.
