  • I now call upon the Plaintiff to make an opening statement.
  • your Honor, i believe that the defendant, the King, was negligent for his act of not making the wall suitably safe to sit on, resulting in the serious injury to myself, Humpty Dumpty
  • This is the Civil Case of Humpty Dumpty V. the King, where Humpty is suing the King due to his injuries from encounters with the kings wall.
  • your honor, I would like to file an answer to complain. As Mr. Dumptys injuries were during an act of free will.
  • The judge enters and addresses the dispute.
  • The Jury
  • We find the defendant, King of Carol Land, not liable in negligence for the injuries sustained by the plaintiff, Humpty Dumpty.
  • The plaintiff, Humpty has filed for a legal complaint against the king in coordination of the law of negligence.
  • The case is hereby dismissed. The plaintiff shall pay the defendant’s legal costs.
  • The Defendant, the King rebuttals the plaintiffs complain with his own file answer of complaint.
  • The Jury makes their decision: that the King is not liable for Humptys injuries.
  • The Judge gives her final judgment.
