Dude, how have you been?
Maybe you should go see the school nurse bro.
I don't feel so good bro. My insides feel extra heavy man, and feels hecka loose.
After a few minutes of discussing with the nurse.
Well Bob, it looks like you're going through Interphrase. Where your insides are being doubled up. After this, you're going to experience the 5 phases of mitosis.
So nurse, do you know what's wrong with me?
So, the first phase of mitosis is prophase. This is where your chromosomes become visible, b/c paired chromatids & the nuclear envelope disappears. Your mitotic spindle also begins to form.
The second phase of mitosis is prometaphase. It is the process where your nuclear envelope breaks down, and your spindle microtubules attach to the kinetochores of the sister chromatids inside of you.
Nurse, can you explain to me what mitosis is?
Yes, of course Bob.
The fourth stage of mitosis is that occurs inside of you is called anaphase. Which starts off with your sister chromosomes separating from each other. And ending when a complete set of daughter chromosomes arrives at each of the two poles of a cell.
The third phase of mitosis is called the metaphase. Essentially, all your cell's duplicated chromosomes are lined up equidistant between the poles of the mitotic spindle.
Okay, so the final phase is the Telophase. This is when your daughter nuclei form at the two poles of a cell. Telophase also occurs with cytokinesis which is in summary when your cell divides into two daughter cells. This was just a short summary of Mitosis, if you have any more questions come see me at lunch.
Thank you nurse, I'll probably go see you at lunch.
