• Speed
• Velocity
• Acceleration
• Speed is the distance traveled per unit of time. It is how fast an object is moving. Speed does not have a direction.  To find the speed of something you divide the diatnce by the time it takes to get to the reference point.
• Potential Energy
• Velocity is defined as a vector measurement of the rate and direction of motion. Velocity is the speed at which something moves in a particular direction.  Changes in velocity can be due to changes in speed, changes in direction , or both.
• Kinetic Energy
• Acceleration is defined as the rate of change of velocity. To find the acceleration of something you subtract the final velocity by the intial velocity and divide that by the time. In SI units acceleration is measured in meters/second^2.
• Summary
• Potential Energy is when objects have stored energy because of their position or shape. Potential Energy is the opposite from kinetic energy.
• Kinetic energy is the energy of motion, observable as the movement of an object, particle or a set of particles. Any object in motion is using kinetic energy. The kinetic energy of any object depends on its amss and its speed. The greater the mass and speed, the more kinetic energy.
• Overall, these things in science help us in our daily lives.  We use all of these things in order to get jobs and  other things like that. In science, we use these things for measurements and many other things.
