  • Exposition
  • Conflict
  • Rising Action
  • Meet the main characters, George and Lydia. Lydia is the mother and George is the father. They have two children who are later introduced in the story. The setting throughout the story is their house which is made up of all technology. But the scenes are mainly in a nursery they built for their kids.
  • Climax
  • I wish you were dead!
  • In their house there was a nursery the parents built for the kids. The nursery would show the kids thoughts and dreams but it broke giving the kids thoughts of death and other bad things. After the parents realized that the nursery would show the kids bad things, they wanted to shut off the nursery.
  • Falling Action
  • In the rising action the kids are introduced. The son Peter and the daughter Wendy. In the rising action the dad decided to shut off the nursery and the kids weren't too thrilled. The parents also decided to call in a psychologist to help them shut off the nursery.
  • Resolution
  • shhh
  • After the parents decided to shut off the nursery the kids weren't happy with them to the point that the son Peter started threatening the dad. Their dad did not take the threats seriously because he thought it was just his kids being upset.
  • The parents decided after shutting off the nursery to shut off the whole house. Once again, the kids were not thrilled. But the parents didn't care because they wanted to be able to live "care free" for a while and not have to worry about all the technology.
  • When they were almost ready to leave the house, the kids tricked the parents to come into the nursery which just so happened the whole time to be the scene of their parents death. The kids locked the parents in the nursery and let the job happen.
