I want to start working out but how do I develop an appropriate fitness program?
Don't worry. Ill help show you a step by step guide on how to develop a fitness a program that works for you.
Firstly, check how fit you are. Put yourself through a couple of tests and keep track. With this knowledge you an assign yourself workouts that arent too easy or too extreme for you.
