George Washington showed leadership during the cabinet. On page 263, "He picked Thomas Jefferson to head the state department, which handles relation with other nation." He chose two people who didn't have the same agreement. The people that he chose was Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton.
George Washington showed leadership during the whiskey rebellion. In the text it state, "In 1791 congress passed a tax on the manufacture and sale of whiskey, a type of alcohol made from grain." Meaning that he was trying to be a great leader taxing whiskey.
