Storyboard Text

  • Horatio is brought to talk to a ghost that keeps appearing. The ghost will not talk to Horatio.
  • Hamlet follows the ghost who is his father. His father tells Hamlet that his uncle murdered him possibly so he could become king. Hamlet decides to act crazy so Claudius doesn't suspect him.
  • Polonius thinks Hamlet's behavior is due to being lovesick. He decides to spy on him and Ophelia to see if he is correct.
  • Claudius feels that Hamlet may know something about the death of his father. He's feeling guilty about the murder and wants to send Hamlet off to England.
  • Hamlet tells his mother the reason why he's been acting the way he has. It's because Claudius is corrupt and Gertrude still decided to marry him.
  • While injured, Hamlet decides to finally kill Claudius before dying. His mother was poisoned and Horatio just watches as the scene unfolds.
