Storyboard Text

  • How is this happening? And what will result from all this pollution?
  • 22 million tons of carbon dioxide being absorbed into oceans
  • Co2 is released by factories, car, plants, and other things that consume fossil fuel
  • Before: stronger, larger
  • After: smaller, weaker
  • The polar regions are able to absorb carbon dioxide more easily than warmer waters
  • 1. Because cold water more readily absorbs CO2 Ph levels become lower 2.The more melted water and increased general input is forcing more CO2 to be absorbed 3. Due to less sea-ice coverage and more seawater exposure even more CO2 is able to be absorbed
  • This act helps eliminate the greenhouse gas emissions that put the  CO2 out in the first place. Secondly we need to help the animals already affected with the Endangered Species Act.
  • But don't worry. There is still time for us to help stop the melting of ice-caps, mass destruction of coral reefs, and other marine species. WE MUST SUPPORT the Clean water Act
  • Please keep learning more about ocean acidification so you can help your plant even more
