Storyboard Text

  • I am sorry but you can no longer live here it is for americans only
  • We were here before you we are not leaving
  • Not for long.
  • We the states can now choose to nullify federal laws
  • The bank of the United States should and will be recharter
  • Andrew Jackson believed that what he was doing was good for the people and it was fair. But the Indian removal was not fair for many reasons one being he did  not give the native Americans a option to move he forced them to move even though the native Americans had a right to stay and they where there first.
  • Your welcome America I did this for you.
  • The nullification theory gave the state the right to nullify a federal law which meant if they did not agree with it that state did not have to follow it. It showed that there was a growing divided between the northern and southern sates. The south believed in state rights. And the north believed in more rights as a whole.
  • Andrew Jackson said that the bank of the United States should be recharter because it only benefited the rich and the rich would only get richer. Andrew Jackson thought that this was unfair to anyone who was not rich so he fought for them.
  • Andrew Jackson should be remembered as a champion because even thought he made some decisions that were a abuse of his powers he did it for a reason and at that time he thought that it was the right decision for the people and it would benefit them. And he cared about everyone not just the rich.
