This is Sarah. She is a star volleyball player and team captain at her High School. Her teammates look up to her and listen to her very well.
Sarah is a very strong leader on the court, but she struggles big time in the classroom.
Sarah doesn't want to let her team down and she wants to keep her position as a team captain but she is worried.
Sarah has been struggling a lot lately with her grades and this month in order to play in the next home game she has to be passing all of her classes.
Tomorrow, Sarah has a very important English test that she has to do good on in order to play in the next volleyball game.
Sarah has practice tonight and she is worried that it will be very hard and that she will be super tired when she gets done.
When Sarah gets home, she is so tired from practice that she falls asleep without even opening up her textbook to study for her English test. When she wakes up the next morning Sarah begins to panic.
When Sarah gets to class she notices that they have a substitute teacher. She remembered the last time her class had this sub that everyone in her class cheated to get a good grade when she wasn't paying attention. Sarah contemplates doing the same, but she also recalls the time that her teammate cheated on a test and had to quit the team.
Sarah is worried about losing her team captain position.
When Sarah gets her test scores back, they are not good at all. Before practice her coach walks up to her and talk to her about. Sarah tells her everything and her coach realized how hard Sarah worked and how much integrity she showed by not cheating. Sarah studied hard all night and was able to retake the test before the big game.
Sarah continued to be a team captain and her entire team looked up to her strong display of integrity.
