  • Daily Huddle Company Policy Expectations Assignment of Tasks
  • Cori, weren't you supposed to empty the trash bins tonight? If so, why didn't you do it?
  • Jason, who made you boss? Are you the manager now?
  • Jason, any concerns you have should go through me and I will relay them as I see fit. Cori, I am the only one you need to report to and the only one you and anyone else should be taking directives from.  
  • Here the managers are having a meeting to discuss how to effectively manage and take control of their teams and communication of their teams. Here they will discuss a plan and how to organize the functions of the facility and the use of each employee and the responsibility of each supervisor's role in the plan. 
  • Here the assigned supervisor is implamenting the plan by divulging the parts of the management meeting that directly affects the employees and the organization. He is also letting them know that he is in charge for the day by putting his name on the board. This keeps employees from taking direction from another supervisor. 
  • Here, two employees are having a workplave issue. One is trying to tell the other what to, but the supervisor steps in to let them both know, he is the only person in charge and that they are not to communicate with each other about problems, but should come to management first so they will follow the chain of command.
