Storyboard Text

  • THE MAIN CHARACTER
  • My name is Madison and it's my first year of high school.
  • THE PROBLEM
  • The popular girl, who Madison has been dying to be friends with, asks her to go get her used-to-be best friend's lunch money.
  • Madison, you see Maggie over there? Can you get me her lunch money, I need it.
  • THE MOTIVATION
  • Madison didn't even have to ask and Maggie was willing to give her the money because she knew what the popular girls meant to her. That changed Madison's mind.
  • I know you want my lunch money so here, take it. I know how much those girls mean to you.
  • THE ACTION
  • Madison made the choice of not taking Maggie's money knowing she'd loose all connections with the popular girls but that didn't bother her.
  • You know what, screw them.
  • THE RESULTS
  • Teala (the popular girl) was shocked and mad with Madison's choice but even that didn't change her mind on choosing Maggie.
  • What are you doing?!
  • Leaving you for a friend who actually cares about me.
  • THE CHANGE
  • Weeks had passed and Madison and Maggie have never been so close. Madison realizes all she ever needed was a great friend.
