Storyboard Text

• Wow! What a cool apartment building you made. How'd you decide where to put your apartment.
• I put my apartment on the 15th floor. On this floor I'm close to all the fun things in the apartment building. But still have a great view.
• I put my apartment because everything is close. For example, the gym is on the 18th floor or 3 floors above me or in comparison to me +3. The cafe is 13 floors beneath me or -13 floors in comparison to my apartment. The pool is on the roof or 6 floors above me or +6 floors.
• My apartment is on the 15th floor. This means that to go to the lobby I have to go down 15 floors. If my apartment's the origin then it would be 0+(-15)= -15.
• I was looking for you all over the building. I started at your apartment and went to the pool or 6 floors from your apartment. Later I went 8 floors back down. I walked a total of 14 floors. I did |6|+|-8|. This makes 6+8=14.
• But I was in the gym. You only had to walk up 3 floors, 0+3=3. So, all you had to do was walk 3 floors up from my apartment.
• My plan for today is to go to the café and then to the gym. This means that I will have to walk down 13 floors to the café and then 16 floors up to the gym. I will get-13+16=3. Meaning I will end up 3 floors above my apartment.
• Yeah, sure I need to just go to to the café for a coffee. I'm going down 13 floors and then I'll go up 9 floors to get to your apartment.
• Wanna come to my apartment later? It's only 6 floors beneath your apartment.
