Storyboard Text

  • What would happen if you freeze a liquid?
  • What would happen if you heat a liquid?
  • If you heated a liquid, the particles will move farther apart and turn into gas.
  • The liquid would turn into a solid because now the particles are packed tightly.
  • Gas? hehehe
  • Really Jimin?
  • Sorry.
  • Gases have particles that are really farther apart. The force of attraction is really low as well. Gas and liquids take shape and fill whatever container they are in.
  • Just like how my coffee takes shape of my cup.
  • Yes, you're correct.
  • Just like how we cannot move freely in a pool.
  • We cannot walk through a solid, we cannot move freely in a liquid but we can move freely in gas.
  • Yeah, and how we cannot walk our toys and furniture.
  • That's ok, at least you learned about the particle theory.
  • Yay! Now you know how your ice cubes disappeared.
  • Yeah, but my drink is not cold enough anymore for this hot day.
