  • Stupid TAXES!
  • 1381 30th May
  • Well I don't care! It's the king.'s fault.
  • Charge!!!
  • The peasents were annoyed by the taxes and created an army of 60,000 leaded by Wat Tyler  to siege London [1381 7th June]
  • NO STOP!
  • Nooooo! My house!
  • Peasants broke into London and burnt down the home of Gaunt,Duke of Lancaster. After the damage the king tried to reason with them and came up with an agreement. (13th June 1381)
  • The peasants also attacked the tower of London (14th June 1381)
  • They met at  Smithfield outside London to discuss issues, however Wat Tyler was violent and rude to the king. So in defence the mayor stabbed him.
  • After Wat died the peasants were scared and instantly resigned. (15th June 1381)
