A 13 year old peasant girl named Joan, and had voices in her head like God was talking to her. What God had told her was that she needed to help Charles become king, and she needed to save France.
God is this you..? You want me to save France?!
We are finally here lets make Charles king.
When Joan needed to save she cut her hair and changed her clothes so she looked like a boy. As Joan reached her destination everyone laughed at her but she convinced them that she was a boy. Joan got up on stage and picked Charles from the crowd to make him king.
I have to keep going to fight England even though this really hurts.
The Battle of Orleans was her first battle and with her suit of armor she fought even when she got shot with a arrow. On May 4th they needed to win or else they could lose all of France. The French won the battle!

When they were in another battle the English had a big advantage, that the French had to retreat. England approached Joan, and kidnapped her, and when they got back they threw her into prison.
Let me out, England!
I think shes guilty!
The Roman Catholic church and England put her on trial for witch craft and heresy. There was 70 accusation why not to kill Joan but she wanted to stay true to her beliefs.
In 1431 Joan was burned to the stake for witch craft and heretics. What happens after was that King Charles VII was king for 40 more years and forced the English out of France. Later her family and the pope looked back at her case, and she was found innocent.
Goodbye cruel world! Lets get it over with, I have to let this happen to me.
