- I may be lame, but I will use the Judiciary Act of 1789 to my power!! I will appoint all judge positions to loyal Federalists , so Jefferson will suffer with having Federalists courts! And he can't do anything about it. HAHAHAHH
- As the Secretary Of State, I need to deliver 59 commissions to the newly appointed Federalist judges. Hopefully I'll have enough time to deliver all of these!
- OH NO!! I only had enough time to deliver all but 17 of these commissions!
- WAIT! I have an idea! I'll just have the next Secretary Of State, James Madison, to deliver these for me! I'm sure that event though he is a Democratic-Republican, nothing could go wrong!
- 17 of the commissions did not get delivered!
- Do not deliver the remaining 17 commissions! There is too much Federalist control in the courts! I shall appoint the last 17 judges.

- I was supposed to be the justice of peace for the District of Columbia, but my commission never came! The Secretary Of State did not deliver it to me! How will I get my job?!
