When we settled in Jamestown, diseases were spreading quickly throughout the harsh swamp lands.
We later settled across the Chesapeake Bay in 1607 for economic reasons such as selling the so addicting tobacco.
Native Americans attacked the village and diseases were getting worse every day with starvation. With all these problems they still stayed in the settlements for the money and later balanced out health issues and attacks.
We came to settle for religious freedom.
We pilgrims were planning to settle in Jamestown, but due to bad weather, we had to settle in Cape Cod in 1620
We made Thanksgiving with the indians
We faced hardships such as disease and hunger.
