  • The Final Month
  • Bobby has been running track for several years, the new season is coming up in about 4 months and he hasn't started training yet. He has gained a few pounds and has decided its time to come up with a plan. His new goal is to lose 10 pounds in 3 months and be able to squat 200lbs in 4 months. It'll be accomplished by working out 5 times a day, adding more weights every two weeks and running a mile every other day.
  • Every weekday Bobby workouts and continues to build his legs muscles stronger and bigger. He is also starting to notice throughout the weeks that he isn't getting tired fast during his runs. His stasmina is improving and after 2.5 months he is already squating 175lbs without struggling.
  • After 4 months of hard training Bobby exceeded his intended goal. Bobby ended up losing 12 pounds in 3 months. He also ended up squatting 215lbs instead of his initial 200lbs. His track season is coming up next month and he is going to continue to workout just as he is because he can tell it's working good for him.
