  • Ralph was attacked by Jack. But, it try into happy outcome for all the kids because the fire was a signal to the naval forces to save them.
  • " This is more than a hunter's job" (pg: 102).
  • Leader and a parent to the kids.
  • The author's attitude towards Jack was that he is a fearless and hard headed kid that wants to lead everyone. My reaction to Jack is that he doesn't like being boss around by Ralph.
  • Jack
  • Jack tried to set Ralph on fire but, his plan back fired on him. As a result it did kill but saved everyone else on the island.
  • That Jack is a fearless hunter and a noble character and person in the group.
  • " I went on, I let them go. I had to go on. I--" (pg: 51)
  • Piggy
  • The author attitude towards Piggy is that he is the scary one of the group and wants to be the safes on. I believe that piggy is probably the younger's but, the smarts one out of everyone else.
  • Piggy is struck by the boulder, and the conch shell he is still holding is shattered. Piggy falls off the mountain and to his death on the rocks below.
  • Piggy is the scary one of everyone on the island and believes that every idea Ralph or Jack have is a bad idea.
