Storyboard Text

  • This is my store! Why don't you take a look inside. Come with me!
  • A liquid is an object that takes the form of its container. It can be turned into a solid or a gas. An example is the water in these water bottles. The particles in a liquid slide past each other.

  • What is this place?
  • Why does your sign say solids, liquids, and gases.
  • It says that because my store can only be seen by people needing help with this topic in school.
  • A gas does not keep its form. Look at that fire. What is a fire used for? Cooking! Cooking creates steam and that is a gas. Particles in a gas move around freely.
  • Wow! This is pretty easy.
  • What is a gas?
  • What is a liquid?
  • What is the last one again?....... Oh, A Solid!
  • Yep! A solid is a tightly packed together shape and it keeps its shape. For example these tables and chairs are made of wood. So they are solids. Particles in a solid vibrate.
  • Your Welcome! See you again soon.
