"When Theseus escaped from the labyrinth, King Minos flew into a rage with its builder, Daedalus, and ordered him shut up in a high tower that faced the lonley sea." lines 1-3, in this scene Dadalus and Icarus is in a tower staring through a window twords the sea.
"Daedalus then melted some wax and made a skeleton in the shape of a bird's wing." lines 16 and 17. In this scene Deadalus is creating the wax wings and Icarus is on the beach while Deadalus is creating the wings.
"At last he saw the feather floating from the sky, and soon his son plunged through the coulds into the sea. Daedalus hurried to save him, but it was too late." lines 81-84. In this scene Daedalus is rushing to save his son from plunging to the sea, but he is too late and his son dies.
"Then, with a flutter of wings, he once more took to the air, but the joy of his flight was gone and his victory over the air was bitter to him. He arrived safely in Sicily" Lines 88-90. In this scene Daedalus is still sad and didnt enjoy the rest of the flight on the way, now he is landing safley in Sicily
"Temple to Apollo and hung up his wings as an offering to the god, and in the wings he pressed a few bright feathers he had found floating on the water where Icarus fell. And he mourned for the birdlike son" lines 91-94. In this scene Daedalus has just hung up his wings and pressed a couple of Icarus' feathers, and is now morning over the fact Icarus is dead.
"He was bewitched by a sense of freedom and beat his wings frantically so that they would carry him higher and higher to heaven itself." lines 68-70. In this scene Icarus is falpping his wings going higher and higher in the sky, the theme is Don't let temptation get to you.
