Rising Action 2
Eckles, Travis, Lesperance, Billings, and Kramer are entering into the Time Machine to hunt a T-Rex.
"YOU ARE GOING TO STAY IN THIS ANCIENT AGE AND I'LL LEAVE YOU HERE IF I HAVE TO!"
Travis explains "The Butterfly Effect" by using the scenario of stepping on a little tiny mouse affecting the existence of various life forms and soon humans as an example.
The men find the hunting target (T-Rex) and Eckles now wants no part in hunting this gigantic dinosaur.
The Tyrannasarous Rex dies due to the hunters' fire arms and Travis is very upset at Eckles for not contributing to the mission and for disobeying him.
Eckles, Travis, Billings, Lesperance, and Kramer all return back into the Time Machine. And Travis really wants to leave Eckles in the Jurassic Age because of Eckles's reckless and cowardly actions.
Travis shoots Eckles because of his careless and cowardly actions, which is the result of the so called, "Sound of Thunder".
