These Soldiers are guarding the tea that is abut to be shipped.
These colonist are that live well, are being taxed, and that is taking a lot of money.
This British Soldier is asking the Queen If he can make have more soldiers come to the docks. The Queen agreed to have more guards because after the Boston Tea Party. The Boston Tea Party was a devastating way to help the colonists, and it worked. The colonists made the British even more scared that they would make more protesting acts.
These British soldiers are protecting the tea from people that may try to steal some of the tea, or any other values that there may be on the ship. During the Boston Tea Party colonist dressed up as Indians, and destroyed our tea crates. Now there is more protection from the colonist than there ever has been.
Farmer Red and his son are both protesters against the British. They have to pay for the tea every time they go and buy it. Now that they cannot go on a protest they must pay the taxes until the Revolutionary War ended. They never once payed all of these taxes, and now him and his son have to work twice as hard.
