  • U have to control your eating habits.
  • I'll explain why, there's 5 reasons, so be patient.
  • The first 2 reasons are:1. The Sinister Junk Food Scientists put something called "Vanishing Caloric Density. What it is and how it works is the answer I'm going to give. How it works is that Vanishing Caloric Density means that the food can disappear quickly by "melting in your mouth". This can trick people's brains into not feeling full and wanting more!2. The 2nd reason why is that the Sinister Junk Food Scientists started sabotaging our snack foods in the mid-1980s!!
  • The 3rd reason is:3. Why did the Sinister Junk Food Scientists sabotage our snack foods? What did they gain from this? Well, I can answer both of them! First I'll answer why, this is because they started sabotaging our snack foods to make cheap foods designed to override your body's natural feelings of fullness. To answer what they gained, here it is. What they gained from it is the less full you feel, the more of the product you are likely to eat! But if you eat more of the product then they keep making more money!
  • The 4th and 5th reasons are:4. How are they using accomplices such as salt, fat, and sugar to accomplish their villainous acts? Well, they use it like this:Salt-They use it to add flavor and disguise the taste of preservatives. Preservatives keep processed foods fresh on the grocery shelves.Fats-They also produce a powerful sensation called mouthfeel. The feeling of fat in a food product sends a strong signal to the brain's pleasure center.Sugar-The scientists have found that too much sugar in a product will signal the brain that you are full. They bring scientists to study the perfect amount of sugar in the product. This is referred to as the bliss point. The bliss point allows your body to crave more without feeling full.5. How can the average person outwit the SinisterJunk Food Scientists and their plot to corrupt healthy snack habits? Well, I know how to do that! Here's a list of things to do to outwit them!1. Choose Fresh Foods!2. Check The Serving Size!3. Read The Label!4. Don't Eat From The Box Or Bag!5. Pack In The Protein!6. Take A Quick Walk!
