Storyboard Text

  • Wilson is aware of his wife's affair. Because of this he decides to move out west.
  • "I've got my wife locked up in there. She's going to stay there till the day after tomorrow, and then we're going to move away."
  • Myrtle was arguing with her husband. These were her last words before she rushed out into the rusk.
  • "Beat me! Throw me down and beat me, you dirty little coward!"
  • Tom found out that Myrtle was hit by a car. The ones that could have done it were Gatsby and Daisy.
  • "Oh, my God!
  • Gatsby reveals to Nick the truth about the accident and tells him that Daisy was the one behind the wheel.
  • "Well I tried to swing the wheel."
  • Gatsby stays in the bush to make sure Daisy is okay and Tom doesn't abuse her.
  • "I'm just going to wait here and see if he tries to bother her.."
  • Gatsby is left alone now looking at the night sky. Tom and Daisy are reconciled but Gatsby still feels as if Daisy would still be with him.
