Hello doctor, I have noticed some slight pain, and low energy recently and I was wondering what I should do.
So, today we will measure your blood pressure to see if you are maintaining body homeostasis, as you want to have neither high, nor low blood pressure.
First I need you seated, rested, and calm. I will use the blood pressure cuff on your arm and begin at a pressure suitable for you, then gradually decrease over about a minute.
From my knowledge, I know the oxygen poor blood moves from the right atrium, to the ventricle in a contraction. Inbetween contraction oxygen from the lungs goes to the left atrium, then to the ventricle to be delivered to the body.
Using a stethoscope, I will listen to the heart contraction, as well as the break inbetween to obtain a broad reading of the systolic, and diastolic pressures.

Yes I smoke often, eat fatty foods, and don't exercise. I should look at my health more carefully and maintain a healthy blood pressure to benefit my circulatory system.
It appears that your blood pressure is relatively high, this could be the result of your age, health, as well as family history. It's important to reguarily monitor your health to avoid this.
It is my job to make sure you are healthy. Having good blood pressure levels are important as it deals with how your blood moves through the rest of your body. Complications can lead to fatal consequences.
