Nothing just lifting some weights.
I wish I could, I am cramping too much! I just started lifting weights, its tough!
Yeah, they are uncomfortable, cause swelling, skin changes, and are frequent.
Yeah cramps are tough, suprise attacks of muscle contractions are not fun.
You may have received cramps from dehydration, muscle strain, or lack of maintaining health.
Hopefully this goes away soon. This really makes normal life tough because it reduces movement, causes pain, and create involuntary contractions.
This is easily treatable, all you need to do is use the RICE technique, as well as drink fluids, stretch, and maintain overall good health.
