  • Hey Anna whats goin on?
  • Nothing just lifting some weights.
  • I wish I could, I am cramping too much! I just started lifting weights, its tough!
  • Yeah, they are uncomfortable, cause swelling, skin changes, and are frequent.
  • Muscle Issue/Explanation/Symptoms
  • Yeah cramps are tough, suprise attacks of muscle contractions are not fun.
  • You may have received cramps from dehydration, muscle strain, or lack of maintaining health.
  • Hopefully this goes away soon. This really makes normal life tough because it reduces movement, causes pain, and create involuntary contractions.
  • Treatment/Malfunction
  • This is easily treatable, all you need to do is use the RICE technique, as well as drink fluids, stretch, and maintain overall good health.
