If memory serves... the highest quality wine takes five years of aging, this wine is called "grand reserve" and takes so much time, but the wines that the people should to call like "grand reserve" have twelve or more years.
Also we have wines between three and five years like "reserve", "breeding" of two years and finally "young" that is consumed in less of a year
As rumored, the more mature the better

I think I have find a way to evaluate the wine taking in count the information that I just get, I should to clasificate the wine by years and provide a little review in DFD
