ARRIVAL AT ROANOKE
COLONY FROM AUGUST TO OCTOBER
AFTER JOHN WHITE LEAVES
The colonists arrived at Roanoke island and they set up all of their shelters and find out how the new world is. John White left them there to go get more supplies. The colonists do good with shelter but they need more supplies to help the live in the New world. They did not know pretty much anything about the land there and what could happen.
White said he would be back only 7 months, it nearly took him three years to get back to the colony but after his return something shocked his world. All of the colonists were getting settled in this time period and they knew that a cross meant they were in danger. The colonists knew the clues to leave to White if they were attacked.
When he was gone all of the colonists at Roanoke disappeared. Only bones to one body were found and they died from natural causes. Their were clues to what happened but White was not able to get to the place these clues leaded, Croatoan. After his attempt to get there he got pushed away by a storm which made the lost colonists of Roanoke never discovered.
