Hello, my name is Charles Darwin and I'm a naturalist. Today I'm going to tell you a story about the evolution of giraffe.
Standing beside me here is a giraffe. As you can see, it has a long neck which helps it to reach for higher places for food. But has it always been this tall?
Just like humans, giraffes evolved to over the amount of time. It started off with a short neck like other average animals.
As time passed, the prolibytherium started to extinct, hence the result of a long necked giraffe. There were many more species of giraffes millions of years ago but today we're left with just a few subspecies of a giraffe.
And that's all I'll be telling you today. THE END!
