Storyboard Text

  • North Dakota
  • The southern border here is 45.94N, and -99.94N, but I think we should visit the northern border at 48.99N, and -100.56 N
  • Did you know that they make money here by, selling oil, gaining tourism, and through renewable energy.
  • I can't belive were here in the capital of North Dakota,  Bismarck!
  • Alberta
  • Maybe we'll see them digging up oil, gas, or maybe even doing construction, after all those are some ways they make money here.
  • At the end of this trail we'll be in Edmonton, the capital of Albert.  We are on the north side, so we have to get to 59.99N, and -115.98N. If we were on the south border, we would have to get to 48.99N, and -113.05N.
  • Saskatchewan
  • Hey new neighbor, welcome to Regina, the capital of Saskatchewa.
  • Hey, I'm just on the Northern border at 59.99N, and -105.5N. Good thing I'm not on the southern one at 48.88N, and -105.54N. Aren't you a  uranium digger, or maybe I'm wrong a livestock farmer, or no what about a grain farmer. Oh nevermind I'll get it later.
  • Post Card 1. North Dakota is the most least visited state in the U.S. 2. North Dakota is the leading producer of sunflowers in the U.S. 3. Milk is North Dakota's state beverage, they call it perfect food.
  • Manitoba
  • For being a province that makes money off of tourism, oil, and grain farming, Manitoba sure is beautiful.
  • Float Alberta is known for their world famous western beef. Five words related to Alberta are, Edmonton, western, oil, province, and owl.  Fay Wray was born here, she is a famous actress, who played the leading female role in King Kong.
  • Northwest Territory
  • I don't like how we live down here on the southern border at 59.99N, and -114.81N. We should live on the northern border at 78.57N, and -111.06N. Or even up in Yellowknife, the capital.
  • Poi - Saskatchewan Science Centre 1. This centre is open all year round. 2. They have a number of animals residents such as Polly the sugar glider. 3. At the Saskatchewan Science Centre they have over 180 interactive exhibits.
  • Yukon Territory
  • I like being here in Whitehorse, because down by the southern border at 59.99N, and -132.12N, It gets too cold, but up by the northern border at the 69.64N,and -140.99N It gets too warm.
  • Powerpoint The land of 100,00 lakes, otherwise known as Manitoba, has some large cities, here are five of them.  Brandon, Stienbach, Winnipeg, Wrinkler, and Morden are all cities in Manitoba. The highest point here is Baldy Mountain, at 2729.66 ft tall.
  • I like being here in Winnipeg, because down by the southern border at 49N, and -97N, It gets too cold, but up by the northern border at the 60th parallel, It gets too warm.
  • Wood Buffalo National Park 1. This park is located in NW Territories and Alberta. 2. A heard of wood bisons roams the park. 3. There is no Spring at wood buffalo National Park
  • I know, but up there my dad wouldn't be able to sell oil, energy, or do fur trading, so we couldn't help to make money.
  • Collage You can visit Miles Canyon Basalts, that was created by basaltic lava.  You can also Visit Mount Logan, which is the highest peak in all of Canada.  Maybe you could go see Schwatka Lake, which was made when they dammed the Yukon River.
  • For being one of those territories that makes money off of lead mining, fishing, and tourism, it sure is a beautiful place.
