Storyboard Text

  • First you start off by running into a hurdle.
  • Then you want to place your hands on the ground and kick your feet into the air, make sure you body is tight and toes are pointed.
  • From there then you kick your legs over to the ground again, make sure that you keep your hands up because from there you will go into your back-handspring.
  • Then lean back into a sitting position and throw your upper body back.
  • At this point you are upside down you should drive your legs back to the ground.
  • Finally after you land you rebound.
