  • Hey, do you want to trade for some bear meat?
  • Nope sorry, I don´t need bear meat. I trade with other civilizations since I am a trader. They give me plenty of food.
  • What?
  • The Paleolithic Age only hunted bear and other animals, so when they rarely traded, they traded for other things such as fur, animal bones, animal meat, and plants.
  • The neolithic age did not need food because they had farmers who grew all the food they needed and they had traders who traveled to find flint , shell ornaments, hematite, and obsidian
  • Often, hunter-gathers died trying to kill large animals like this bear. So the neolithic had a great advantage when it came to food. They did't have to hunt, they farmed and traded for their foods.
