Enhancing the functionality of the roster platform, by allowing employees to get simplified access through the App.
I will descried here the unique selling point.
Within 90 days, I would like to see 100% of new staff in the team have adopted the system and at least 90% of the current team is using these 2 functions of the app.
Within the first 30 days, I would measure the 3 assumptions which would make or break the idea: too expensive, incompatibility of technology and very little engagement from stakeholders. I would measure all this through, a survey within 15days, a target of 50% for the engagement and 50% contact rate for rerpoting lateness.
I would need the management team present here to engage and believe in this idea and get the steering committee to release the budget required for this.Secondly I would need full collaboration from the local resource planning team to start working on how we can submit this big idea to the main planning team at the head office and how we can work with the current provider to integrate to roster in My WEM.
