Heyyy, I'm Bella. I don't know much about how some food can affect my body. I know I should probably eat a lot healthier but I don't really care. even though I don't know what I'm putting in my body, it still tastes good!
I don't like running much, exercise is sooo boring and I get too tired on the first lap. I'm not cut out for this kinda stuff.
Your food choices can affect your mood and mental health, sometimes called the “food-mood connection.” Eating healthy shouldn’t be a drag, you should enjoy fueling your body with nutrients and energy it needs. And working out shouldn't be a chore. Exercising your body builds muscle and boosts your endurance.
hmmm, After learning and studying about mental health and healthy eating habits, watching what I eat doesn't sound so bad after all. I wonder how I could help my body...
I have learned how a healthy diet can affect my mental health as well as my body. After learning and studying how a healthy diet affects your body and mental health, I feel motivated to eat healthier and take care of my body. My goal is to eat healthy and stay off wheat, refined sugar and maybe dairy. Like they said, "Eating healthy shouldn’t be a drag, you should enjoy fueling your body with nutrients and energy it needs."
A healthy diet is as important to mental health as it is to physical health. I also think that after grade nine gym class, I enjoy participating in games and activities. I feel motivated to workout or engage in physical activity more often. This year has made me relies how important it is to take care of your body and mental health. Kyleigh is going to help me stay motivated and workout at the gym this summer. I am going to engage in some kind of physical activity at least once a day. I may struggle a little bit with endurance and motivation but I will build up to it and stay determined
