Exposition A 16 year old demigod named Percy Jackson had his memory wiped and found himself in Berkeley, California being chased by gorgons.
Conflict Percy had his memory taken from the goddess Juno. Juno is trying to bring both Greek and Roman demigod camps together in order to defeat Gaea. He needs to complete a quest with two other demigods (Hazel and Frank) so he can eventually regain his memory and get his old life back.
Rising action Mars (The God of War) claims Frank as his son and announces that Frank will be leading a quest to Alaska, the land beyond the Gods, with Percy and Hazel. The quest explains that Frank, Percy, and Hazel have to free Thantos, the death god, and if they don't the God's may perish with Camp Jupiter.
Climax Percy, Hazel, and Frank traveled all the way to Alaska to free Thanatos. Alcyoneus, son of Gaea, comes when they find Thanatos. Hazel will fight Alcyoneus and Percy will fight the evil Romans working for Gaea. Frank realizes he needs to use the fire of life to free Thanatos. He must burn the stick that keeps him alive. Frank barely survives after freeing Thanatos. He also figures out his gift of shape-shifting into any animal. They beat Alcyoneus and freed Thanatos, the death god.
Falling action After they freed Thantos they traveled back on Arion, the fastest horse in the world. They went from Alaska to Califonia in four hours. After they arrived back, the monsters were already there. Percy, Frank and Hazel helped fight the monsters. The Romans killed all of the monsters in time for the Feast of Fortune.
The day after the victory they celebrated with the annual Feast of Fortune. Percy was promoted to praetor. He now helps run the camp with Reina. Percy now remembers everything from his old life at the Greek demigod camp, Camp Half-Blood. The demi-gods from Percy's old camp are going to try to come and make up with the Romans to beat Gaea.
