This is Bruno's room. He likes the window, and says that you can see across Berlin through it. He likes to go in little nooks and crannies in this room and around the house. Bruno's sister's room is just down the hall.
Bruno and his family are leaving the house in Berlin. They are moving to a smaller house in another place. The other house is smaller, and is close to father's camp.
This is the new house. Bruno describes the area as "dark and gloomy". The house is smaller, and the paint is cracking on the inside. Bruno and Gretel do not like this house.
This is part of the camp. About 30 people live in this shack. There are bunk beds and it is very dirty. It also smells bad.
This is the gas chamber. In the end of the book, Bruno and Shmuel will be trapped in here. This is how Bruno will die. Father will find Bruno's clothes by the fence, and that will lead him to think that Bruno is dead.
