  • In an apartment somewhere in the city a criminally insane boarder is becoming irritated with his Landlord/Roomie.
  • Climax
  • The Insane man becomes obsessed that his Landlord is staring at him with a "Vultures eye" and decides he must kill him.
  • Falling Action
  • He sneaks into the old mans room every night for a week, but doesn't kill him because he is asleep and the offending eye is closed.
  • Resolution
  • On the 8th night the landlord is stirred by the insane mans visit. The insane boarder sees the eye and smothers the landlord with his covers. He then cuts him up and hides the body in the floor.
  • The police arrive, summoned by the landlords screams. The maniac shows them around, but no body, the officers stay and talk, the killer becomes worried they can hear the old mans heart beating from beneath the floor.
  • He snaps and tells the police officers what his has done and wear the body is hidden.
