On a sunny Monday Jill and Jack went to the shore to swing on a rope. The rope was hanging on an old tree on a high cliff. But there was one thing the children noticed:
Look Jack! The water is so high!
Yes, it looks bad. What has happened?
Jill and Jack started to look around. The level of water was visibly higher than last time. They couldn't see the beach anymore.
Everything looked diferent. Jack climbed on the rock and he noticed that he couldn't see the small island they used to play on before.
Listen Jack! They talked about it on TV. The level of the see is getting higher and higher because the temperature in the world is rising. I think this is exactly what we can see now. It's scary...
The children didn't know that the water started to get into the fiellds and meadows near the cost. The farmers were affraid and worried about their crops and animals. People in the world stared to realize the climat changes are a fact.
If we don't stop to burn coal, use petrol in cars, produce chemicals and breed so many farm animals for meat, we will soon see more dramatic changes affecting our lives such as: floods, droughts, air and water pollution, species extinction or famine.
