Hmmmm. I think I'm going to make spicy chipotle turkey burgers for dinner tonight.
First I am going to pull my hair out of my face so i can see and my hair does not end up in my food when cooking. I am also going to wash my hands with soap and warm water to wash any bacteria off.
I also need to wipe the table down with soap and water to prevent any bacteria and put warm soapy water in the basin for when I am finished cooking and I can wash my dishes.
Since these are not made on a stove top, we are using the grill, before starting the grill we need to clean the grill of access food and grease, from before, to prevent a fire.
Make sure when you cut the onions, you wash the knife if you cut any meat before or wash it before you cut any meat so it prevents any cross contamination to your foods.
When turning the grill on, you need to pay attention to the propane and make sure it does not have a leak which can cause a fire then an explosion.
