  • A person thinks of a new law that should be passed to help the welfare of the public. 
  • What if a law was passed to ban texting and driving?
  • New Ideas for Laws that should be passed? Teen Driving Texting/Distracted Driving More Severe Laws reguarding Drinking and Driving. 
  • The idea is shown to a Representative.
  • The idea is then brought to a committee where they can vote and amend the bill.
  • New  Bill
  • When the bill gets passed from the Committee it then gets sent to be voted upon in the House of Representatives.
  • Texting & Distracted Driving Law
  • Once the bill is passed in the House, it is then passed to the senate.
  • Texting & Distracted Driving Law
  • The Bill has been passed through both the House and the Senate. It is now sent to the President of the United States to look at and decide on the bill where he can either agree and make it a law or veto the bill.
