  • Reporting Live from ______________ (High Pressure Center)
  • METEOROLOGIST #1:     -Explain what the air masses cP and mT mean and where they come from. -Show the cold and warm fronts on the map and use page 13 of the ESRT to explain. -"And now, here is  Johnny Appleseed live at our low pressure center in  Seattle."
  • Meteorologist #2 Describing Station Model and Weekly Forecast
  • METEOROLOGIST  #2:  -Discuss how air moves in a low pressure center. -"Lousy Lows" -Dress up with props (fan to show wind, raincoat, umbrella, hat/mittens etc) -Use the instrument and describe how it tells about the weather. -Introduce next meteorologist live at high pressure center.

  • METEOROLOGIST #3: -Discuss how air moves at High Pressure Centers. -"High and Dry" -Dress up with props (sun glasses, bathing suit, sun screen, hat, etc) -Use an instrument and describe how it tells about the weather. -Introduce next meteorologist with our daily & weekly report for NY.
  • METEOROLOGIST #4: -Discuss elements of the station model that describes the weather. -Discuss  the relationship between dewpoint and temperature.  -"And now for our weekly forecast..." -describe weather for the week. -"And now, back to you, Ed"
