I wanted to talk with about Karl. I am having trouble to get a deadline for his work in the ridesharing project. He has difficulties to state in which stage he is currently woking.
Also, in the problem solving activities about the onboarding process, he barely participate. Even though much of that process depends on his work. Do you think we must talk with him about his performance?
Well, Karl's delivarbles have good quaility. He has automated the onboarding process in little time all by himself. Also, I have been asigning more tasks to him and he is always open to new challenges

Yes, I think so. And I do believe that his lack of participation is due to his personality. It is common in IT that people have a introvert personality.
We can´t expect of Karl to be as expressive as other team members of sales or customer servce areas. But what we should definetly expect are deadlines for Karl's work, it is crucial for the business to know when a functionality will be ready for users.
Ok, I agree with you. But we need to coach him to improve his communication skills. It is importat for his professional development.
